Wuzhi New Industry City in northern Zhengzhou, capital of China's Henan province, held a series of events to celebrate its third anniversary in June.
China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) and Wuzhi County People's Government signed an agreement in June 2016 to formally launch the building of Wuzhi New Industry City.
Relying on existing industries in Wuzhi, CFLD focused on four leading industrial clusters: intelligent manufacturing equipment, urban food, modern logistics, and science and technology services.
A number of public infrastructure and urban supporting service projects, such as transportation network, parks and green spaces, and exhibition centers for urban planning, have been put into operation.
According to CFLD, it successively launched six new industry cities in counties around Zhengzhou, including Wuzhi, Changge, Xinzheng, Huojia and Xinmi, and Xiangfu, in the city of Kaifeng.
